Misc: Person of the Year: You

This is a very nice article from Time. I mean hey, "we" got the honorable mention this time around. And it's not just "we", it's actually "us", the Information Age users. I agree with the article completely that "onliners" should be given recognition for the boom of so many interesting "ideas" found on the site. The "Great Man" theory of history is usually attributed to the Scottish philosopher Thomas Carlyle, who wrote that "the history of the world is but the biography of great men." He believed that it is the few, the powerful and the famous who shape our collective destiny as a species. That theory took a serious beating this year.
